The seasonings
Mr Ibi made two different seasonings for this roast. One comes with lemon, mustard and rosemary. And the other one comes with oregano, garlic, and red bell peppers. Both styles tight seasoned and vacuum-packed to maintain the hygiene and taste. Both styles taste amazing!

Easy to cook
No advanced cooking skill needed. Just open the bag, put it on roasting rack or on a tray and chuck it in the oven 180C for 1 hour covered with foil. Continue for another 45minutes to 1 hour with foil removed. and voila! You just made the tastiest lamb roast ever.
