BEEF

Most of our customers have asked what’s the recommendations for the beef steaks. If they are sorted by the price, we can start from the Beef BBQ Steaks (part of chuck area) – Rump Steaks – T-Bone Steaks – Porterhouse Steaks – Rib Eye Steaks – Scotch Fillet (basically boneless Rib Eye) – Eye Fillet/Tenderloin (when cooked properly, you can even cut it with your spoon!). As you taste all of them, you’ll get the differences. You can go even further and try The Wagyu steaks. Our staff will help prepare it for you. 

 

LAMB

For those who is seek for lamb recommendation, the most favourite part is the Cutlets. Chuck it in your hot pan or burning charcoal, sprinkle with salt and pepper. The taste will speaks for itself. So tender and flavourful!

CHICKEN

Chicken parts are pretty straight forward. For those who wants flavour and tenderness, go ahead with Thigh or Drumsticks. The top selling part is the breast as they have the highest protein.
